Terms and Conditions
The service
EventService.vip is a managed invitation service. Customers submit an order without creating an account. The owner prepares invitations and manually sends invitation links and RSVP summaries. Customers do not edit invitations through an account.
Standard and custom work
Starting from $5.00, calculated from the lowest current price of the available templates. Each template has its own USD price, shown in the catalog and order form. The selected template price and currency are saved when the order is submitted; later template price changes do not change existing orders. Custom designs are quoted separately with individually agreed timelines.
Materials and preparation
Standard preparation takes 2–3 days after all required text and images have been received. Customers provide content in one language; the owner prepares Armenian, Russian and English versions manually. The event timezone and content languages are separate from the website interface language.
Payments, publication and revisions
Payment method and timing are arranged with the owner, who verifies payments manually and controls publication. There is no online checkout or automatic publication after payment. Text-revision limits and deadlines have not been decided; these drafts promise no revision allowance.
Before these terms can be finalized
Operator identity and contact details, applicable jurisdiction, contract formation, content/image permissions, revision rules, responsibilities and cancellation/refund conditions require owner decisions and legal review. No acceptance checkbox is required for these unfinished drafts.
